1) Complete self assessment below by creating a document with self assessment results and saving it for reference during the year.

2) Send a copy of the completed assessment to Justin Lauer for review. RefereeJustin@Yahoo.com (Submit plan by Dec 21st)

3) Justin will work with each referee to ensure goals are specific, measurable, achievable and realistic. Justin will work with each referee during the year to help with development plan progression.

4) Referees may be given opportunities such as assignmnets to referee certain levels of competition, working with referees at a higher USSF grade, or getting formal and informal assessments. Opportunities will correspond to each referee's individual development plan.

1) List stregths (at least 3)

2) List weaknesses (at least 3)

3) List personal goals for 2008 (may be one or many)

4) Develop an action plan to use strengths and work on weaknesses to achieve 2008 goals. (After goals are set, Justin can help define appropriate actions if needed)
